長沙正達(dá)輕科紙業(yè)設(shè)備有限公司專業(yè)致力于中短纖維原料的中高濃制漿和打漿系統(tǒng)的工藝技術(shù)的研發(fā)、優(yōu)化；設(shè)備的制造、銷售和服務(wù)。中高濃打漿對于提高紙的物理性能、提高纖維得率、節(jié)電等具有非常明顯的效果。公司自成立以來，對于中高濃打漿工藝中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難點(diǎn)如濃縮、輸送設(shè)備、磨片的設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行了長期的研究和開發(fā)。目前有超過三十條中高濃生產(chǎn)線已經(jīng)成熟的運(yùn)用到生活用紙、包裝紙、文化紙等領(lǐng)域，為客戶創(chuàng)造了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)外的空白。
公司與長沙理工大學(xué)和加拿大林產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研究院共同成立了中高濃打漿工藝技術(shù)的研究課題小組，引進(jìn)大批國內(nèi)外造紙行業(yè)的專家，目前針對生活用紙的性能要求開發(fā)出適合不同漿種的中高濃打漿工藝并成熟運(yùn)用到大生產(chǎn)中。
公司開發(fā)的中高濃打漿系統(tǒng)包括中高濃磨漿機(jī)、無空磨專利磨片、帶式濃縮機(jī)、散料輸送螺旋等成套設(shè)備。公司已獲得授權(quán)的發(fā)明專利8項(xiàng)，實(shí)用新型專利4項(xiàng)，產(chǎn)品出口到美國、印尼等國家。CC Paper Machinery Co., LTD is a high-tech enterprise inChangsha,Hunan,China.
