造紙中應(yīng)用
產(chǎn)品性能：具可溶于苯酚-四氯乙烷、鄰氯苯酚等溶劑，吸濕性小，能耐酸，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，具有良好的耐光性。滌綸超短纖維具有較高的斷裂強(qiáng)度、較低的斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率、穩(wěn)定的熱性能和小于常規(guī)纖維的切斷長(zhǎng)度，產(chǎn)品外觀平直，在介質(zhì)中有良好的分散性。
產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：0.3、0.67、1.67、3.33、6.67 dtex / 1.5、3、5、6、8、10、25 mm等。產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Q/SH 3045 024-2008。
適用范圍：用于濕法造紙，在紙漿中添加一定量的滌綸超短纖維，可以有效增強(qiáng)紙張的抗張強(qiáng)度和撕裂強(qiáng)度;用于制造無(wú)紡壁紙?jiān)?、吸水紙、各種彩色包裝紙、美術(shù)用紙、電池隔膜紙、特種防偽紙以及各種過(guò)濾紙，如：汽車(chē)工業(yè)用濾紙、化學(xué)分析用濾紙、吸塵器用濾紙、食品加工用濾紙等。濾紙透氣度高、氣阻低，有利于氣體和液體等介質(zhì)的通過(guò)并減少壓力損失。
